They are closing all of the 3 stores in Illinois. How sad after just over a year.
Calumet was repairing my strobes and they sent them, then they went out of business and I never received my lights.

Not only did I have to wait 25 minutes for someone to actually help me, but the employees there don't know anything about cameras, period. I had purchased over $500 worth of accessories for my camera, and it turns out that half of them aren't compatible with my camera. They were so assuring that it would work with my camera. Thanks for wasting me an hour drive there for things that don't even work for my camera.
Utterly Disorganized. Awful Customer Service. At the end of March I head out on the trip of a lifetime and decided to invest in a new camera to document the experience. Getting the right device; picture quality and size and weight was really important so rather than buy online I decided to suck up paying more and go to Calumet. I ended up settling on a Canon G15.
