Excellent service and care for the injury.
Went in for cut nose very helpful people
Front desk staff was great. Spent almost zero time waiting. So were all of the nurses I encountered. The doctor, on the other hand, left something to be desired. I’m visiting from out of town, and when he learned where I live he commented “That state is so WOKE” in a scornful tone. Political opinions have no place in this situation. I waited till urgent care opened at 4pm. So I wouldn't be treated as an emergency. The staff was very friendly and professional. After everything was done I went back up to the front desk and was told that, I was being charged as an emergency. $2,000 charge then the person behind the counter pulled up the sign from behind the counter. Stating that becouse the doctor had to make an incision my deductible went from $75 to $2,000. Information I could have used before the procedure. Not happy at all.
