Took in my 79 Evinrude for service and Frank made sure it was good to go! Only repaired what was needed but also recommended other issues that might need attention in the future. Definitely coming back here for all my outboard service needs.
Maybe yrs yrs ago. They were better than they are now. I should have ran out when dense said why don’t I fix it my self. But ok. I can take rude. I bought in a 9.9 Johnson. To have carb and button fixed. Button could not be had I get that he recommend I do water pump even tho he put a new one on 2 yrs ago and I didn’t run motor ,boat was not in water but I respect what he said. So he did. It. Purchased a small Honda outboard here. Frank was so incredibly helpful- demonstrating all operational and maintenance instructions. He was patient and very kind. He also stayed 45mins past closing since we were running late. Highly recommend Calumet marine.

Frank is very knowledgeable and straight shooter. He had a chance to take advantage of me because of my own willingness to rush into a deal I would regret. But he slowed me down, lost a sale because he knew it wasn't what I wanted. I'm still working with Frank I sure he'll put in the boat that I'm looking for. Thank you Frank
