Horrible, horrible people. People think they have job security here…they do not. I’ve always heard the negative stories, but for some reason chose not to believe them. After almost a decade there, they will fire you 3 days before Christmas with no remorse & trust me when I say this: they will ALWAYS block your unemployment claim. Nobody ever gets unemployment through Calumet Electronics if they get unexpectedly fired & left high & dry where they can’t pay their bills. & they actually brag about making sure someone won’t get ... read more
All these people are wrong. Personally I love working here and the environment is great. The people in Human Resources really care about you. People need work ethic. They also need to find a place that does something they love to do. Don’t work here if you’re not going to put 100% of your effort into making sure you’re doing your job the best you can. Love this place going to be here for a long time. ❤️
A great place to work at
I don't recommend this place for employment. I went back twice and I do regret it the second time. In my department I was having issues and all they did from human resources was talk to the people causing the issues. I went to human resources three or more times about my problem and the people who gave me a hard time just got talked too. They told me " remember I did you're interview and if you are not happy you can find employment else where" so I did.
