Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. The office staff tells you one thing on the phone and then when you arrive it is completely different. They then proceed to talk to you as if you are a liar. When I approached Dr. Tisocco about their rude behaviors, his response was that he does not deal with money issues. ???? I was informing him of the rude staff, how is this about money? Very uncaring staff and doctor. He then proceeded to put on his exam gloves without even washing his hands. Unbelievable.
