Alex and John are very impressive. When my AC went out on a 98 degrees day, Alex took my emergency call after hours. He scheduled us same day, let me know he was on his way, and Alex and John got it diagnosed and repaired quickly from there. Very knowledgeable! Keep up the fantastic work.
Alex was great! He came in and helped last minute when my A/C went out after having another company tell me I would have to replace the entire system. He helped determine the problem and solution to repair it and not require a new install. He saved me anywhere from$10-15,000! I tell they are a very honest company and I don’t know how to recommend them any more than this!
The last time Alex with Calumet came to service my HVAC unit, he mentioned that my water heater overflow tank was way above the normal pressure and fill amount and that it was on borrowed time. He just returned this morning to replace it, and he said that it was about to pop off and flood my lower level. I'm so glad that Alex is a true professional and honest about his work.
