Calumet City Plumbing was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The plumber arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem almost immediately after others had been unable to figure it out, and fixed everything perfectly. They were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on and how they were going to repair it. Let me just say, Jake and the other guys were great no complaints, but Jeremey is terrible, he is a liar. he didn't do a follow-up I had to reach out to him. he quoted me 5800 then 6495 then said he never said that, he said more other stuff but don't care to comment on it. so, I didn't need all the work done that was on the proposal, he refuse to give me some money back, So I had to reach out to the owner Moe, nice guy and very understanding he returned 800 of my money back. This company did a sloppy job replacing a water meter. Mr. Traynor has a bad attitude. Not friendly at all. He did not relight the pilot for the hot water heater. Now my tenants do not have hot water. The lines need to be bleed for sediment and now there’s low water pressure. Very sloppy and unprofessional company. Don’t waste your time. Call someone else!
