Called Calumet Group for a commercial quote. Response was ok..not very fast. Had to call a few times after approvals given to find out where we were in the scheduling process. Second time we used this company it was about the same with follow through. Now we have the bill for the last 60 days and we would love to pay but they cannot seem to get billing right as requested.
