My wife is suffering there right now, because docs can't get her a normal food, neither let her use the restroom, absolutely horrible place to visit
I’ve called numerous times. Explaining that a person I was concerned about who is a known schizophrenic with suicidal intentions was in need of serious intervention. Every single time I was disregarded and told to contact the ‘Crisis’ team. Christine who claimed she was the on-site manager didn’t give much assistance. I have a friend in the Caludon centre.Tried to enquire about his health this morning you cannot get through on the phones keeps coming back to where you first start.Nobody answered Got a parking ticket last week dispite the ticket saying "The signage is clearly displayed throughout the area" did not notice it as I walked in . All in all i've not got a very good impression of the place.
Terrible, they allowed me to harm myself on the place of safety, they refused to charge my phone, refused me food/drink, refused to give me my normal medication and refused to allow me to use my vape that no other psych place in the country has a problem with. As a female patient I felt unsafe around 4 male staff at all times not once was a female member of staff around
