The care provided by Minahil is exceptional. Handling patients who are severely ill requires a lot of skill and a very calm nerves, and she handles it all with such grace. She is always there to help, never misses a detail, and makes sure the patients feel as comfortable as possible. We felt so much safer knowing she was on staff

I want to give a special shout-out to Minahil. Dealing with PTSD can feel very isolating, but her kindness and help made me feel like I wasn't alone. She is incredibly gentle, observant, and knows exactly how to help a patient feel comfortable during difficult moments. She is an absolute asset to this hospital

The staff at this hospital are wonderful, but Minahil stands out. She is exceptionally skilled at DE-escalating stressful situations and providing a calm, supportive environment for patients. I cannot say enough about Minahil. When a patient is very ill and at their most vulnerable, they need more than just medical care—they need someone who treats them with dignity. Minahil provides that and more. She is incredibly patient, attentive, and stayed by our side during the hardest moments. She is a true light in a dark time
