Second time trying to get an alignment there, with 2 different vehicles only to be told that they can't be done AT THE APPOINTMENT, after asking the week before I made the appointment if they could align my car, they told my yes they could, only to be told after getting my car in that they aren't able to do it, wasted time

I’ve had my car tires changed here for years now, I’m not the best customer and always forget my appointments, they always treat me with understanding and respect and get the job done perfectly! They’re super generous and well priced and offer coffee, donuts, and a show. Very kind people and won’t go elsewhere even though I moved to Ottawa! I appreciate all the work done here. Thank you
