We called him to take a look of a truck which have lack of power and rough idling, he said he can change the fuel filter and see will that improve. After changing the fuel filter it was the same situation. Then he diagnosed that there is a sound from the transmission clutch area and said that the problem is there either clutch, transmission or flywheel and he need to pull down the whole transmission. I stopped by this location today to pickup a trailer. I didn’t get any names however the gentleman that helped me was Business appropriate. The atmosphere was normal, and the process was quick for me to recover a trailer. I have no complaints. The process is, as you would expect at that type of business.
All those bad comments are 110% rights for them they are very rude and thief I left $20 cash in truck door next day I went back $20 was gone that stinky old man probably haven’t take a shower from last year he stole my $20 i know its not a-lot if someone even steal a $1 will be called thief
Scheduled a tow with them to go to a Freightliner dealer, they said their shop can knock it out quicker and was an easy fix. Decided to take their advise and let them fix it. $1000 later the truck made it a few miles down the road and they want another $900 to tow it to the location of original request. They blamed it on the driver doing something wrong. Steer clear, there is plenty of other shops in town.
