Great staff that arr very much personable Sid and Irelyn and very flexible for scheduling for TMS. I honestly cannot say without a doubt the TMS truly helped with my depression, however anxiety was majority my issue. Im glad I got to do a full cycle of treatment with TMS and do not regret doing it.
My TMS experience was great. Dr. Densert is very friendly and helpful. The staff was always enjoyable during my TMS appointments, especially Irelyn and Sid. Thank you guys! For me I did notice some improvement with my depression big time! My anxiety went down a bunch. I do know this isn’t a cure all but I am happy with how it went and has helped me thus far. Highly recommend giving it a try
TMS is awesome, but this IS NOT the place to get it...I paid cash in advance for an entire protocol, I had finished almost all of my sessions when I was informed that my insurance would pay for subsequent maintenance treatments, and they needed some time to complete the paperwork...I sent everything they requested WHEN they requested it and checked in with them to see what was happening...I was continually told they were "working on it"...I hadn't heard from them and again contacted them only for my Tech to say to me "oh I d... read more
This place changed my life! Sid, Irelyn and the rest of the staff took excellent care of me. I feel incredibly lucky that TMS works for me and that I got to work with such a caring and thorough team.
