We had a new water heater installed after it was determined that our 16 year old water heater wasn’t worth fixing and needed replaced. Jazmin explained the issues with our old heater and what could go wrong if we simply repaired it. We determined a new heater was the way to go and she was able to install it on the same day. I highly recommend CalTec Plumbing.
Jazmin came to diagnose my broken disposal after coming back from vacation. She determined it was burnt out and even went to Home Depot to purchase a replacement before returning and installing it, fixing the problem the same day. Quick, efficient, and reliable. CalTek answered right away and said they could send someone within 2 hours — amazing response. They were upfront about the $180 dispatch fee (not including service), and I appreciated the transparency. The plumbers showed up on time, quoted me $350 on top of the dispatch fee, and began work.
