Larry and Mark at Cal-Tech were amazing. I took a video of my pool pump problem and they were able to diagnose it was dead remotely - no service call fee. Quoted me the latest and greatest intelliflo 3 pump and were able to install it within 2-3 days of the busiest part of pool season. Other repair companies wanted to unload inventory of the previous model. Will contact Larry first for any other equipment needs.
Had some clarity issues last year. Switched to CalTech and Larry and his team have done an amazing job maintaining my pool. Thanks Larry!
Cal Tech Pool Service should be your first and only call for pool service and equipment repair and/or replacement. I just had them replace my cartridge filter system and install an in inline chlorinator. The technician was here on time, with all the parts ready to go, and made quick work of the install. I can’t recommend this company enough, Larry was a lifesaver. We had just moved into a new home with a leaking filter. Even during a very busy time for him, he made the time to get our filter replaced so that we wouldn’t have a green pool within days of moving in. Their professionalism, communication and patience with me has been greatly appreciated and exceeded any expectations I had. If I need any more work done with my pool they are the only company I will call!
I contacted the owner on Monday and by Saturday we had a new pool pump motor installed. Larry the owner is EXCELLENT in regards to customer service and His Technician Dane was equally professional. We will be finishing the upgrade to fully automated with this 5 Star company. Look no further this guy is the real deal and fairly priced. Thank you
