Extremely Disappointed with Calta Pools – Unprofessional Service & Lack of Accountability I’m beyond frustrated with Calta Pools. For two years, we worked with Taylor, who was always some what ok to communicate with via text or phone, despite them frequently missing scheduled visits. Great price. Always does a good job. Definitely recommend.
Taylor and team are excellent at keeping the water and structure well maintained. He is very thorough and takes feedback well when you have a concern and he is quick to address it. He is very polite, communicative and takes pride in his work. He takes his time during cleanings and always does a detailed brushing. Every visit ends with a digital emailed report on the chemistry and what he did, along with photos and any recommendations/requests. DO NOT RECOMMEND! We had them for nearly 3 years and their service drastically declined over time. Extremely unreliable. They skipped several weeks out of random months with no notice, refund, or justification. They even lie and said they came, when I work from home with a window facing the street and know for a fact they did not come. They would use old photos as “proof”.
