My car was turning on the alarm randomly, even when I’m inside the car. I was helped by Andreh Mansouri and he was awesome helping me from the beginning to the end, taking his time to explain the possible reasons and totally devoted to my car service. I give him 100% of my gratitude and trust. Mercedes Benz calstar motors, have a very good asset with his employees, specially Andreh. Thank you guys.

I purchased a certified preowned vehicle from Calstar Motors. There is a manufacturer defect that should be covered and I have been trying to get calstar to communicate with me about it to get it fixed. I was getting really good communication from Sam, the service manager but the last few months I’ve been sending follow up emails and phone calls. No one returns my calls or my emails. The service department makes me regret buying a Mercedes. I've taken my car for noises that that it didn't make when I first bought it and all they told me is that it's normal. I showed them a video of Something that my car Wasn't doing before and all they said was it's normal. And when I told him it's not normal because it never did it before all the manager could answer with is we could handle it next time.

The absolute worst place ever. No one here honors their word. Joe Castro the manager is so unkind it's ridiculous. They never accept you in for an appointment tell you one thing and then don't follow through, give you the run around. Tell you everything they can't do without even trying. Please you guys listen to me save yourself the frustration. I honestly wish, I just wish I would have saved myself. The worst. They call you a liar all the time it's bad. Never experienced Customer Service like this. Its terrible.
