Incredible customer service! Great products and even better staff. I didn’t know a thing about polycarbonate and was embarrassed to ask questions, but Guss walked me through the materials I would need for my project and gave me step by step instructions. He was patient, kind, and eager to help. I will 100% come to them again and recommend them to everyone in need.

They always have what I need. I have to do the research though. Customer service is very poor. I get the feeling they don't want to sell to individuals, only large orders with big companies.
