They always have what I need. I have to do the research though. Customer service is very poor. I get the feeling they don't want to sell to individuals, only large orders with big companies.

I was referred there 2 weeks ago to buy H-Channels. We spoke to a lady named Phoniex. She never informed us that each piece was 24 feet because all we needed was two, H-Channels that were 8 feet. We paid her almost $100 and when I called back, she said we couldn't return it but when I spoke to a different man, he said we can return it within 30 days (since the pieces were cut there). I've been a customer for almost 9 years and I can't say enough good things about the team at Calsak. Calsak can make you feel like you're their only customer and that's hard to do in this "I need it now" world we live in. Bravo!

Friendly staff. Quick in and out for the load pick up. Overall good experience.
