They always have what I need. I have to do the research though. Customer service is very poor. I get the feeling they don't want to sell to individuals, only large orders with big companies.
I was referred there 2 weeks ago to buy H-Channels. We spoke to a lady named Phoniex. She never informed us that each piece was 24 feet because all we needed was two, H-Channels that were 8 feet. We paid her almost $100 and when I called back, she said we couldn't return it but when I spoke to a different man, he said we can return it within 30 days (since the pieces were cut there).
