Wife scheduled in car for repairs. Was all good until the date of set repairs. Apparently someone scratched out the schedule"penciled in". Says someone cancelled. Mechanic dan i think . Was getting angry, started yelling at my wife. My wife was really upset. So i guess im looking for another shop. My original mechanic is great .cartwright.but way to busy. Not great on customer service there Cal.
He is busy but good. Not overly expensive.
