BEWARE - Extremely disappointing experience with Cal’s Auto Body and Repair Shop. Would give 0 stars if I could. Long story short: My travel trailer was taken to Cal’s after a wheel-related failure during a rental while traveling through Tuba City, Arizona. I did not choose or authorize Cal’s to work on my camper; RVezy - a third party rv rental service arranged the repair while it was stranded more than 1,500 miles from home. Dom will threaten you with physical violence. ~~~~AVOID AT ALL COSTS~~~~ if your car breaks down, tow it to Flagstaff where there are mechanics who won't give you the runaround, lie about the time it'll take to get the job done, or call an engine that leaks a liter over night "road safe".

We started hearing weird noises, seemingly from the undercarriage of the car while on our road trip that took us through Tuba City. When we arrived at Cal's, they took it for a drive, then put it up on a lift to view under the car. They diagnosed the problem, assured us that the problem needed to be dealt with in the next while, but that we wouldn't be broken down by the side of the road from it.
