If you are considering CALRegional, be warned that the administration is incredibly unhelpful. On the first day of class, the regional manager, Roberta, brings in donuts to make herself seem like a good, supportive person, but she completely switches up on you right after. Wendy, Zakuee and Amanda were great in assisting and making it a comfortable and safe learning experience. Miriam and Roberta could’ve taken notes from Wendy and Zakuee in order for students to feel more comfortable and safe.

Wendy and Zakee were amazing. Did everything in their power to make sure we succeeded in this program and as we prepared for the exam. I really enjoyed taking the class with them. Amanda was also an amazing help when it came to learning phlebotomy, she made me lose my fear of needles and always spoke to me with confidence. I will say Roberta and Miriam were a bit difficult to work with, wish they cared more about the way they treat the students in the program and spoke to us with respect.
