I was told that this business would do a decent job on my classic vehicle. After they took photos and assured they were taking on the job there was no quote written for the insurance. Not even after 4 weeks and countless phone calls from our insurer (unanswered) I had to physically call in and ask why the delays. They are obviously too busy and didn't have the decency to tell me they can't do the job (After 4 weeks of waiting for a quote) It get worse as I asked why and they answered, they had ABN number issues and were not ... read more
Went to get my car seen to get a quote on my car and it took a month of back forth even after multiple calls and promises that the quote will be sent through to me with no quote received. Upset that I had to go so long being strung around.
