Great Service, need Sir Walter Turff, they were able to organise it within a day, same price as what Bunnings would charge but the quality was so much better not thin dried out stuff but really good thick Turff and it is thriving on our lawn. Week before needed about 2 cubic meters of river rock, good price and they delivered within half an hour. Great service
Stock issues and lack of customer-focused options across multiple disappointing visits. First, their inventory accuracy is poor. After confirming an item (3kg rodenticide) was in stock and having requested for it to be put aside for same-day pickup, I rushed straight over only to be informed that staff made a mistake and the item was out of stock.. and they tried to sell me the higher priced item.
