My first experience of this clinic, I expected to wait ages, was in and out in about 30 minutes, saw a great Doctor and the nurse and receptionist I saw were really lovely. What a great service.
Rang tonight for some advice. Was abruptly cut off by receptionist and the nurse! Told my issues needed an ER room and not here. Won’t bother ever going/ nor calling again.
A big thank you to the team at the minor injury clinic. The atmosphere was lovely and not forgetting the staff I was very grateful for your patience and caring nature. The wait was only two hours which I found reasonable considering the place was packed. Again a big thumbs up to the team keep up the great work. Lola
