Very thorough, great detailed explanations of the x-rays, CT scans etc and the staff, nurses, medical professionals are excellent. However the wait times are approximately 3 hours or more.
I have just experienced fabulous care and treatment at the Minor Illness centre. Everyone was friendly, caring, efficient and professional. As an ex nurse I am so happy post this as quite often nurses get negative feedback, largely due to an inefficient system. Well done guys 🥇👏
Seen quickly. Thorough investigation. Amazing doctor, nurses and admin staff.
I brought my 4 year old in because she had a rash along with other symptoms and the nurse at the desk suspected it was measles and so protocol was to keep us seperated from other patients in the waiting room so we were told to wait outside in the cold and we waited for over 3 hours. When the doctor eventually saw us she took one look and immediately said it was just a viral rash and nothing to worry about. Received a bill for over $1000
Kind and caring staff. Wait time was minimal.We are lucky to have this on the coast.
