had a great experience today despite the ~2 hour wait time. I anticipated that before I got there so no worries. reception staff were very welcoming and accommodating and the male clinician I saw, whose name I have unfortunately forgotten, was very gentle and professional with my minor issue and fixed me right up
I recently visited this place with my son. As locals, we’ve used the clinic a few times over the years. It can sometimes be busy, but on our recent visit everything was very well managed and we waited no more than about 20 minutes. The triage nurses have always been great, especially this time, and the doctor was thorough and gave us a clear diagnosis and advice. From our experiences over the years, we’ve always been well looked after. I’m very glad we have this service here in Caloundra.

Hi Tallulah R, This Opthamology Clinic provides excellent clinical eye care and support under Queenslad Public Health. As demonstrated your other reviews, maybe you could afford to see a Private Opthamologist and not have to wait these "plebiscite" times.
Courtney was absolutely lovely and reassuring throughout the whole experience. She was incredibly kind, professional and informative, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer any questions. Her calm and caring approach made what could have been a very stressful situation feel so much easier. She went above and beyond to make the experience as comfortable as possible. Truly grateful for the care and compassion shown.
