I would just like to say your company is very lucky to have such a lovely woman named Heather working at the doctors surgery. She is more than understanding and went well out of her way just to help me when she didn’t need to. It’s people like this that make places like that a success. Thank you
This doctor surgery are the most useless and unprofessional have ever had to deal with. Their incompetence was displayed and when after 6 mths waiting for a specialist appointment. I found out they didn’t book it for me. Then admitted the mistake. Then after complaining of their fault. They refused to serve me. Absolutely pathetic. I will be taking legal action. All they care about is money.
One of the worst health hub I went into . Was a patient for a year . No proper communication and no customer /patient focused management. I booked Dr. Deepak a week before and at the time of appointment it was told that no medical reports were transferred. Instead , he made a consultation fee of $86. Doctor spoke to me for 5 seconds .(" Sorry, medical reports has not been here yet") Do doctor charge $86 for this statement? ..
