Have an older vehicle and simple service of key programming isn't available for my year model they said anything older than 2015 should go to the scrap yard very unprofessional further more they said they didn't have the equipment to program the key and at no stage did they say they couldn't code non genuine keys they gave me a number of another gwm company that had the old technology to program the key they have obviously been told a load of bull by the service department I can enclose the number supplied if they want to ma... read more
A good experience
I recently had the 25,000 km service done. I had a good purchasing experience with Joel but I'm afraid I can't say the same for the service experience. I needed a courtesy car and put the service back a week or two to get one. When I presented the car for the service, I was told a courtesy car was not available so I had to wait and missed my first appointment. Matt was exceptional. Best car salesman I ever met.
We purchased a haval h9 service was ok, salesman was ok a little rude when communicating through text. They lack communication and professionalism when dealing with with the customer in regards to this being fixed in time or communicating with the customer regarding hold ups on rectifying the issue. Both finance person and manger of car yard were polite and curtious. We were disappointed the car wasnt detailed fully when waited 2 weeks for the car
