We purchased a haval h9 service was ok, salesman was ok a little rude when communicating through text. They lack communication and professionalism when dealing with with the customer in regards to this being fixed in time or communicating with the customer regarding hold ups on rectifying the issue. Both finance person and manger of car yard were polite and curtious. We were disappointed the car wasnt detailed fully when waited 2 weeks for the car
I purchased a Jolion Premium today and I’m really happy with the service I received here. Special thanks to Matt, Sam, and the team who assisted me, including those who handled the finance process. Everyone was very helpful, quick, and professional—I really appreciate their efforts and support. I had visited another nearby GWM dealership before, but the service there was disappointing. Caloundra GWM was a completely different experience—efficient, friendly, and genuinely customer-focused. Highly recommended!
Excellent Staff all round Matt was just great organising my new car( Haval Jolion Lux) with everything and beautifully clean detailed, full tank . ( In a very timely manner) I was shown how to use everything and a new 360 dashcam, floor mats and dash cover Very Happy with everything ☺️
Have just purchased the Haval 6 Vanta 2024 .. I am very impressed with Sam, Joel, Kyle and Matt. Kyle is such a excellent salesperson thank you Kyle.. Joel for organising the bring car down from Gympie Matt your professionalism answering phone calls and Sam very friendly ..
