I would avoid buying a non-Mitsubishi used vehicle from Caloundra City Mitsubishi. They took four weeks to replace a tail light with a matching one. The used vehicle then had a problem that the service team was not equipped to handle. I was told to take the vehicle to the manufacturer and now need to deal with them directly. Luckily, the car's manufacturer is great to deal with. They assisted me for more than 45 minutes after Mitsubishi Caloundra returned the vehicle to me, having diagnosed the problem I initially reported. ... read more
I can't believe I'm saying this! This dealership is AMAZING! I first had a flawless experience ordering a tail light from Mitch at the parts department. When I realized the job was a bit more complicated than I thought, I rung the service department and Mark got me in right away and saved my week! (I might have those names reversed sorry!) All I can say is a big thank you to both of them and you have my business for life! Such an honest shop!
