I can't believe I'm saying this! This dealership is AMAZING! I first had a flawless experience ordering a tail light from Mitch at the parts department. When I realized the job was a bit more complicated than I thought, I rung the service department and Mark got me in right away and saved my week! (I might have those names reversed sorry!) All I can say is a big thank you to both of them and you have my business for life! Such an honest shop!
I went to another Mitsubishi dealer last month and was bombarded with pushy sales tactics that made me uncomfortable. My experience at Caloundra could not have been more different. Ethan worked with me across a couple of weeks, being helpful without being forceful, and ultimately helped me to buy my new ASX. He was knowledgeable and friendly, and I was extremely happy with the purchase process. Joe from the finance team was also great, as were the rest of the team. I loved the on-site café too - great coffee.
I was very apprehensive to come here given the reviews regarding customer service, but I had a completely different experience! The lovely Emil has been so easy to communicate with and met me at the dealership on a public holiday to test drive a car knowing that as a shift worker I couldn't make any other day. I felt he was honest, didn't make me feel like I was being made a fool of (often the experience as a woman buying vehicles), and was understanding of me going away to think/sleep on a decision. Highly recommend.
To say I am appalled by this dealer's sales team is an understatement! We were mid negotiation on a vehicle. We were negotiating via phone and my last message was, " leave it with me, I'll speak to my manager and call you back," approximately 9am So we waited, I had a missed call, around 12noon, it wasn't the dealer. I called the dealer back, went straight to voice mail. I rang again near 3pm, straight to voice mail. By 3.30pm, I noticed the ad for the car had disappeared from the website. As a visitor to Caloundra , I had the misfortune to have some trouble with my ASX. I arrived at the service center at about 10 am ... the staff bent over backwards to assist in fixing the car and making myself and passengers comfortable.. we were on our way again before lunchtime... a big thank you to Mitsubishi Caloundra staff..
