Only one night, and the room was quite adequate for my needs. Close to where I need to be. The only problem was the allocated car parking space. I was given the map as to which car park was for my apartment, and it turns out that the park was actually for a resident and not a casual occupier. He (resident) confronted me this morning and told me that I was wrongly parked, but according to the basement car park area, I was right, I showed him, but the painted numbers on the floor did not match to his (resident) allocated space... read more
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! Booked this place as part of our trip through Queensland, it looked ideal as we don't enjoy the beach so much & with what looked like a nice pool & BBQ area our decision was straight forward. As we arrived there was a notice advising pool & BBQ area closure due to required upgrades (see image) however we was delighted to find this had not started yet. Loved our stay here! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were super friendly and made our holiday extra special. Would definitely come back again.
Lovely stay in a 2 bedroom apartment. Clean, neat and tidy, a little older but for the price it's a steal. Our only complaint was that our bed was actually broken which we let management know on departure, and they were very appreciative indicating that we could have told them earlier and they would have replaced it. Also, the fridge was really small, we stayed for a week so it would have been better if there was more fridge space but other than that it was really great.
