The staff are at a caliber in customer service that I have never seen! I had a issue with my aspire account and the office manager Jessie, Brian, and the prettiest blonde girl. I didnt get her name, Took control of the situation, called aspire and sat on that phone forever working it out. I apologized over and over. They wanted to help and went wayyyy beyond anything I've ever seen. That spoke volumes to me..

I have been a long time client of Calospa, but today was my last visit. I arrived early to my appointment as requested, was taken back to the room and left to sit for 45 mins after my appointment. I finally decided to get up and leave. I know doctors think because they have a fancy degree, that their time is more important than anyone else’s, but you’re wrong. I will not be back and will find another facility that appreciates their clients.
