I was prescribed a medical product regimen and received BBL at Calospa. The product regimen gave me a rash. The BBL treatment was so painful, I had to stop after 10 minutes. The aesthetician did not possess pain management tools/knowledge and was extremely late and therefore rushed. The experience was impersonal and clinically poor. My attempts to engage clinical leadership for support were declined. Would recommend a more supportive and medically attuned facility for these types of treatments.
