I had Felipe come out to diagnose an issue with my furnace. Even while Dan was away on vacation, he stayed in communication with me and arranged for Felipe to come the same day to address the problem. Felipe quickly identified the root cause and got my furnace running smoothly just in time for a very cold snap. I truly appreciate Dan’s dedication, even while on vacation, and Felipe’s expertise in getting everything fixed. Their professionalism and commitment to customer service made all the difference!
