Terrible service- thought buying direct would be better but no.
Dreadful service, but today they at least answered the phone, which is better than on previous attempts. The unfortunate wholly untrained woman who answered the phone was “new” and could not tell me the price of a very common item, 47 kg of Propane. She kept me on hold for several minutes to ask someone else, before telling me a price. That price was higher than that of a local Chew Valley farm shop. Shut - permanently. I one of many thousands of 4.5kg gas canister users abandon by Calor. Two cylinders that I purchased and now have to scrap, is a disgrace
Large commercial company: "We are too busy to answer your call". Time after time on different several days. Mine is not the only review that says this. Bristol Gas Supplies and RJ King answer their phones. Why not Calor? My advice: go elsewhere, to a company that is interested in having your custom.
