I phoned up this comany to ask if they could come out and shower mum while we were on vacation for a week in llansawel. Vicky the part owner of the company came out to take care of mum. We couldnt have wished for a better person, she was so thoughtful and caring of mum. Vicky made sure mum was thoroughly washed, dried and creamed properly, mum said vicky was very gentle with her but thourough. We had Ffion from Calon home care looking after our mother for the last 9 months of her life. She was living by herself and had lost her short term memory. Ffion came in regularly 3 times a day to make sure she was eating and drinking properly, taking her pills, and looking after herself. Ffion became her closest friend over this time, and made a huge difference to the quality of her life. Ffion and Catrin looked after my mother with kindness, professionalism and warmth that was second to none. They know what good home care looks like and they are not prepared to compromise, they deliver nothing but the best. I cannot recommend their care highly enough. Ffion regularly went above and beyond, taking mum to A and E and staying with her for hours which we couldn't do because we live so far away. These people are angels in human form.
