AVOID DANIEL AND THIS PLACE!!! Called for a quote to get a key replaced. Never gave him to impression this was something needed now, all we wanted was a quote. Daniel began texting inappropriate things to our phone. Screenshot included. AVOID DANIEL HE IS TRASH. I've never been so disrespected from a business, how is this guy still in business? Give your money to someone who deserves it, not this guy.
I found this business through a google search that directed me to Angie's List. Within minutes, Daniel called and was here within 20 minutes. I had a bad deadbolt that was causing me all sorts of problems. In about a half an hour, he changed all of the locks (3 doors) at a VERY reasonable price. Daniel was kind, considerate, and hard working. I would recommend him and this business to anyone.
1. Would not agree to a price over the phone. 2. Contracts out to unqualified individuals who do not present identification, do not verify you have legitimate access to the property, and who can't open a lock. 3. When the person arrives they tell you a predicted cost based on the work. The person didn't even do the work they were paid for and they overcharged.
