What an amazing job, never bought a tree like this before and the staff was great from start to finish and educating us on the care of our new tree. Look to add more to our landscape. Can't wait to see the final ground cover go in!
Hands down best landscaper I’ve ever encountered. Daniel designed a beautiful landscape for us and supplied a 3D design, they absolutely knocked it out of the park from start to finish. My wife very particular about what we wanted and Daniel is the only contractor I think we have ever dealt with that communicated the step by step process without missing a detail! Update to former reviews. After a month Daniel responds with the answer we did not respond to his phone calls. Can't respond when there are no calls received. He requested photos of the trees, which were sent early July and the trees still look the same. Guess he wasn't reading the texts that were sent. Do not use this company, most of his answers to customer complaints are not reliable, he has an F rating with Better Business Bureau. Wish I had known that before contacting him.
I needed 5 tall Sabal palms quickly. Palm Brothers had them delivered and installed in a couple of days. These guys are great. Excellent service at a fair price. I then ordered 3 more Sabels along with other plants and had them completely landscape the pool including boulders, lighting and irrigation. They can do it all. I highly recommend them.
I purchased 5 palm trees with installation from this business and 2 of them were dead after 2 weeks. They told me they don’t warranty it unless we purchased irrigation service with the palm trees. I am a landscape contractor and I made sure all of them are getting watered. I am very disappointed with this purchase and my customer is very unhappy. I don’t recommend this nursery.
