Excellent service. We were driving through Canberra (from Brisbane) and needed a doctor fairly quickly. The receptionist was very helpful and we were able to get in and out without any fuss. Highly recommended.
The receptionist, Anne, is horribly rude and judgmental when you tell her why you need an appointment. I have never been treated so rudely by medical staff before. As a medical receptionist myself, often refer patients to use this service. I can't in good faith do that anymore knowing that they may be treated rudely by her. I'd rather them go to ED and wait than deal with Anne's snotty attitude. I cancelled my appointment because of her because I didn't feel I'd be treated fairly after that initial contact.
