I didn't hate it, I never got to experience it!! My daughter gave me a 60 minute massage she bought through Groupon. I called on numerous occasions to try to schedule services, but instead I always was connected to voicemail. I always left messages, phone numbers, etc. No one ever returned any calls. The last time I called, the mailbox was full and I could not leave a message. That's when I contacted Groupon and told them we wanted a credit with Groupon issued.
