I have just completed my third Reiki Healing session with Kate, who creates such a calming and peaceful ambiance with quiet meditative music playing throughout. The process helped me feel deeply relaxed both physically and mentally. I felt transported as if weights were lifted as Kate's gentle voice and touch relaxed all tension. It was a wonderful restorative experience. Thank you so much Kate.
My friends and myself have now down two Wine Down with Art classes with Kate. It was a lot of fun! Kate was very calming and made the whole experience really nice. It was easy to follow too.
