just had my very first prenatal massage, and it was amazing. I'm relaxed, and definitely not in so much pain. My masseuse, Tracy, was very kind and made sure I was comfortable with everything she was doing. definitely going back and soon!

Every time I have visited the spa/salon they have been very professional and organized. The spa is very clean and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend Calming Effects and plan on making this my salon of choice in the future.

Called because I had severe tightness & knots in my back/shoulders. Was lucky enough to get an appt the same day!!! Let me tell you, Trisha was amazing!!!! Left feeling 100% better and felt like a million bucks!! Definitely going back and seeing her again soon.
