If you and your partner are first time parents like myself, I couldn’t recommend this course enough. Karen has a warm and encouraging presence that makes you feel safe to ask questions and explore your preconceived ideas about birth. I feel more confident in my birth plan and can’t thank Karen enough for the tools and practical advice she’s given me and my husband.
Even after day one of the CalmBirth weekend course, I felt so much more relaxed, equiped and empowered about birth. Karen is such a wonderful facilitator - receptive, warm, knowledgable and humorous! Highly reccomend.

Honestly, every new parent needs to do this course. It covers all the info you'll need to learn about birth and labour. Great for birthing mums but also incredibly informative for partners. We travelled all the way from Sydney to see Karen and the team at Calm Birth Mittagong and we loved it. If you're having natural, c-section, induction or home births you'll get so much out of this course.
