Even after day one of the CalmBirth weekend course, I felt so much more relaxed, equiped and empowered about birth. Karen is such a wonderful facilitator - receptive, warm, knowledgable and humorous! Highly reccomend.
Karen's Calmbirth course was AMAZING! We feel so much more confident and prepared for birth and have so many good tools and strategies for every stage of labour and any kind of birthing journey. My husband and I came down from Sydney to stay in the Southern Highlands for the course over a weekend and really loved having the dedicated time to focus on the information and experience together. Karen was very inspiring and we both came away feeling excited and empowered. Would highly recommend to any parents to be.
Honestly, every new parent needs to do this course. It covers all the info you'll need to learn about birth and labour. Great for birthing mums but also incredibly informative for partners. We travelled all the way from Sydney to see Karen and the team at Calm Birth Mittagong and we loved it. If you're having natural, c-section, induction or home births you'll get so much out of this course. Two full days on the weekend but plenty of breaks and some very generous morning and afternoon tea provided. Not too far from places to... read more
