The receptionist(Laura)was very rude and condescending while leaving a message that the dr didnt come in today, and we missed her phone call, so we had better answered the phone call from a fill in dr that knew nothing of the test results we had been waiting for. Get some manners lady, since you are dealing with human beings in the medical field!
Was rear ended years ago. Neck was in immense pain and hardly able to move. Still troublesome today. The doctor at emergency did not x-ray me. I requested an x-ray through here as they had my family physician at the time. My insurance company also thought it was strange not to have an x-ray and requested I get one. They didn't want to give me a requisition for an x-ray. After arguing, they said they would give me one, but I'd have to pay out of pocket for it. Changed doctors shortly after
They have been my doctors since 2005 and my families. Nothing but good things to say
