We had technician Dwayne Madden out to our residence (Feb 27,2024) to service our spa in our Blue Haven salt water pool. Dwane was very professional , knowledgeable and attentive to our questions. We highly recommend Calm Waters Pool Service for your maintenance needs!
Have a new pool built by Blue Haven with Calm Waters having the responsibility to solve equipment issues under warranty. I have a salt water pool, started with salt in January 2023 since than there was no more salt added but still the equipment shows 45-4800 salt, called Calm Waters sent out technician Avery - supposedly he checked everything recommending "add more water" no more salt - here we are in May salt the same level now the ph is at 8 and one can see powdery calcium deposits in the pool, on April 24 tech Avery came ... read more

Customer called on 5/11 to advise that salt reading in pool was too high, and thought may need a new salt cell We set an appointment for a technician to check the equipment. We met with the customer on 5/15 and advised that her equipment is working properly. We will drain the pool partially to address the salt levels in pool. Customer is satisfied with plan.
