Used to love this place under new management I refuse to go back. What a shame
When you pre-purchase a mani/pedi as a gift they make the BIRTHDAY Person PAY on the day of their appointment…. What’s the point of buying a gift for someone if this place ends up making you pay regardless? Don’t go here. No one cares about customer retention or satisfaction anymore.
I have had two facials here done by Cas and it has been nothing but a great experience. I also like how they have monthly specials. Parking is easy, location is great, and service is always good and pleasant. I do recommend Cas for facials
It used to a great place which I enjoyed very much; however, under the new ownership everything turned bad: the quality of service, the hygiene, the stock and diversity of products for sale.
