Yoga with Frank has changed my body in so many ways. He really incorporates movement together with holding to encourage deep stretching and" re-setting" of the tissues. My core strength has improved significantly and I am able to do things I never thought I would! His guided meditation and words of encouragement are perfect!

I have had several massages with Frank, and all I can say is OUTSTANDING! He truly tunes in to what is happening in your body and even your mental state, and you feel healed in more ways than one when he is done. This is his craft, and he is superb. I can't wait for another!
