The salt room and overall service at Calm and Sense Wellness Studio are amazing. Since my visit, my asthma symptoms have been minimal to none and my hair looks and feels so good. Can't wait to go again 😊
I love it here! I feel so well taken care of and relaxed. I have really enjoyed the Salt Room, Facials with Holly, and Reiki with Angelica. It feels like they are caring for my mind, body and soul. I can't wait to try so many more things they have to offer.
This place is such a gem in the Triangle! It’s the perfect spot to escape for a little while with its massage services and the salt room. Angelica, the owner provided excellent service and the staff is so kind. I highly recommend checking it out!
I just had the most amazing experience, I had to share. I usually get massages for relaxation but was interested in the Cranio Sacral Therapy because of some nerve issues that I am having. I never had this done so I wasn't sure what to expect. I absolutely was blown away. Angelica is so skilled. Her hands are like magic. I could actually feel my nervous system calming down. I found Calm & Sense Wellness Studio back in March and have already been there 5 times(!) for Deep Tissue massages with the owner, Angelica. She really listens when I explain ALL of my lower body issues to her and then she hits me hard in the best possible way! And having Kate at the front desk to greet and check in customers is just the icing on the cake because she is literally a ray of sunshine!
