The massages are so detailed. Each massage therapist really focuses on you in a much more detailed way then I’ve experienced at any other spa.
20/10! This place is a GEM. From check-in, lounge area, to the services, you are going to thoroughly enjoy yourself. The Salt Room is a must. Its just the most relaxing 45 minutes you can give back to yourself. I will be back, I had the best time!
The studio is so calming as soon as you walk in. I've done salt rooms before but never an active one and it makes a big difference. If you are needing that beach therapy without a way to the beach this is the way to go! 45minutes session is equal to 7hrs oceanside.
Calm and Sense's salt room is a reprieve from a difficult and busy day. Any time I'm feeling stressed I book a session and feel rejuvenated and relaxed afterwards. The owner, Angelica, cultivates a welcoming atmosphere. Sipping tea after the salt session is the cherry on top of the experience.
Calm and Sense provided a great Salt Therapy session for myself and a friend. The owner and staff weee so kind. I am looking forward to my next session and a massage soon!
