Ive come here multiple times and the customer service is amazing! I recommend her shop to anyone whos interested in japanese cosmetics, provides great recommendations and the prices are very reasonable for what you get, Im not based in burnaby but I always make a point of restocking any makeup here.
First off, the lady working was very nice. I am sure that this is just trying to get people to buy products, but at the same time, her recommendations are very good! Compared to other shops I have seen, I am pretty sure she sells/has the most Japanese products, which is amazing since I can't even buy these online on stores like Yesstyle.
