I had the pleasure of working with Sheri Frederick at CTM on a client project. Sheri was professional, kind, patient, and thorough. She was also generous with her time when I struggled to grasp some of the technical aspects. Not only did she solve our problems, but she often took the initiative to fix issues we didn’t even know could be addressed. She was a huge help and an absolute delight to work with.

I use Call Tracking Metrics for my business. I recently had to engage with their tech support to guide me through the voicemail system. Tech support was great. I worked with Rohan - he was patient, knowledgeable, and professional. Five stars for tech support. I would probably give Call Tracking Metrics 4 Stars - it's a robust platform but their menus are NOT at all intuitive. It's a little too complicated to use and their descriptions are written for a techy. They need to write it in plain language.

Call Tracking metrics used to be an amazing service before. We never had any major setbacks with their service for years. However recently they have started to raise prices and cut all support for existing customers. No chat support, no more phone call support, only generic email support. Setting up and or troubleshooting has been a nightmare as of recently. Been a customer since 2010 and can tell you great service is part of the culture. CTM truly wants to help you use their tool set to get the insights we need as Marketers. The Help Desk and Pro Services consultants have been consistently great to work with over the years. Highly recommend.
