I am really happy with my assistant. The calls were really spot on especially after modifying the script with the project manager. Getting a few solid appointments for 3 months now. There are some in my pipeline that are really promising. Got 1 listing already and waiting for closing. It might take time but I think this service compared to others where I spent 3 grand is really worth a try. I had an almost identical experience to the customer below, Audrey. I paid $650 for ISA (virtual assistant) cold calling services. Call Star promised to set up phone calls or zoom calls with potential sellers on my behalf. Now almost 5 months later not one phone call was ever made on my behalf. I have reached out to Ryan Kelly, Milton, Debs, Mary, and my personal ISA to no avail. I threatened to report the charge as fraud last week and out of those people Debs reached out via text but that was it. No-one else tried to out ... read more

I spoke with Ryan Kelly and his assistant back in June, paid for calling services, and was told that the services would start that Monday. The lack of communication within your company cause a several week delay on that and I want a refund. I paid $510 and no services were completed. Ryan Kelly and his team are now ignoring me.
