I never leave reviews however I will for this business. They made the process of selling my home very easy for me. Every person I talked with had great communication and they were a wonderful team to work with.
Ricardo, started reaching out to me 2 years ago. We had several conversations about many topics. I consider Ricardo to have a very high skill level, very professional, and most importantly a great person, that communicates effectively. He gave great advice, and sold my house in 8 days at list price, and closed a week early. He has game time mentality that gets the job done!!
Ricardo Salazar reached out to us to see if we were interested in selling our home. We spoke with him a few times and decided to see what he could do. Well he exceeded our expectations. In spite of the Mountain Fire striking our neighborhood the day after we signed our agreement, Ricardo did his best to quell our concerns and worked diligently to show our home and secure a sale. He and his staff will not disappoint. We were blessed to have him as our agent and new friend.
Selling our first home was an emotional roller coaster! But working with Ricardo, walking us through every step, we knew we could trust in the process. In the end, we sold our home which got us into our ideal neighborhood, and the ideal home that we were praying for! Thank you Ricardo!
