If you like being able to reach someone for support when your numbers aren't working, (because they forgot to make them live) or for questions about your account, I would not sign a contract with CallRail. They have made working with them impossible, and as we attempt to port our numbers away to a new provider, they have consistently left us in the dark even when we specifically request updates, similar to a hostage situation. We were looking for a robust phone system with multiple call flow options, detailed reporting, and extensive tracking. Calll Rail is a perfect solution and it is really affordable as well. We worked with Giles Ansley and he went above and beyond before, during, and after we transitioned from a different company. He is quick to respond, patient, and extremely helpful, which has made all the difference for our company. I Highly recommend Call Rail across the board!

Any business that has to spam other businesses(twice a day) for clients should send up a red flag to anyone. The real reviews here say it all.
