Extremely poor customer service! I would highly recommend you avoid this platform. I accidently subscribed to their platform, on two different accounts by accident. The first account was actively being used, calls tracked, etc.. Whereas the second account was not touched or used since June 2025. Once I realized I was paying twice, I contacted support & explained what had happened. Discontinued their calling service, recommended Ring Central as their preferred partner and a white glove transition would be provided. Now I'm loosing thousands of dollars a day at my business because we were way over promised this would be a smooth transition and its been terrible. Porting number took almost 3 months, call queues were not set up properly, Ring centrals support team is located out of the country and completely disconnected from what sales team promised us. Absolutely deceptive platform. In this day and age - what platform restricts you from seeing your OWN TRANSACTIONS?!
I've used CallRail with multiple companies. Great service for call tracking. Excellent integrations on the digital marketing platforms. My ISR, Tylre Belle, was great to work with and very helpful. Her boss should probably give her a raise.
