Kyle R on the front-end team was very helpful throughout the onboarding and trial period. He worked with us as we decided if CallRail was the solution for our practice. So far, the system has been very user friendly and we'll likely be utilizing long-term.

If I could give zero, I would! We purchased the yearly callrain plan to save some money since this is a pricey app, also thinking it had a similar cancellation policy as their monthly plan . The policy is hidden very sneakily and deep by design so you don’t worry about it when making the purchase . However, from day one we had issues with integration and adding their code to the website (which btw is a huge resource hog) and after months of no luck getting everything working smoothly we decided to cut our losses and cancel. ... read more
