I’m incredibly disappointed with CallRail’s customer support and data access policies. I’ve used CallRail for years and have recommended it to clients, colleagues, and fellow business owners, but after my recent experience, I won’t be doing that anymore.When I needed access to historical data I had already paid for, I was told I’d have to pay for an additional month of access just to retrieve it. Good product, disappointing customer service. I've been using CallRail for over a year now, and the product itself has been great—especially for feeding offline conversion data back into Google Ads. However, the customer service experience has been underwhelming. When I ask a simple question, I'm often just sent a link to the CallRail Community. I understand the intent to encourage self-service, but sometimes a straightforward "yes" or "no" or a brief clarification from a real person would go a long way.
