I worked with Sam Chase, who was fantastic. He took the time to walk me through the options and offerings for handling spam calls, and laid out clear next steps for moving forward. He really went above and beyond for our company.
We started using CallRail about a year ago and couldn't be happier with the program, support service and overall functionality of the platform. It has definitely helped us on multiple levels, not just on call tracking, which is great, but with our return on advertising spend too! Great product - I highly recommend them to any and everyone!
Honestly, I'm kicking myself for not using this company years ago. The software is incredible, and it will really help our clients. One of the things I love a lot about this company is the people. We met Tylre and Herb in separate calls; they were both terrific. They are not high-pressure, which I appreciate. They do a great job of explaining what the software will do. The follow-up and support have been tremendous. We're looking forward to working with them for many years to come!
