As a business owner, I expect accountability and results — not excuses. Our issue with CallRail has been open since August 12th, and it’s still unresolved. This ongoing problem has forced me to spend many hours manually cleaning up duplicated data on every lead received thru CallRail. I have repeatedly asked this company not to contact me anymore. They continue to harass me. And they're very pushy, for this reason alone I would not use them!
